Biosensors
We are delighted to share the exciting news that our groundbreaking paper “Innovative Peptide-Based Plasmonic Optical Biosensor for the Determination of Cholesterol” has been selected for the cover of the prestigious journal Biosensors!
This recognition highlights the innovative approach to cholesterol detection developed in collaboration between Mecwins and researchers from the University of Teramo, including Ana Lia Bernardo, Anne Parra, Virginia Cebrián, Óscar Ahumada, Sergio Oddi and Enrico Dainese.
The study demonstrates a highly sensitive method for quantifying free cholesterol using peptide-based plasmonic optical biosensing technology, advancing biosensor capabilities and opening new avenues for accurate health monitoring.
