Mecwins in collaboration with Bionanomechanics Lab from IMN-CSIC (Instituto de Micro y Nanotecnología de Madrid), Advanced Photonic and Biofunctional Materials Group from UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), and Chemical Engineering Department from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya Barcelonatech) will carry out a project to develop a technology for the ultrasensitive detection of infectious markers in blood donations.
The project “Spectrasens – A new hyperspectral platform for the simultaneous and ultrasensitive detection of infectious disease markers in blood donations”, will get more than 1M€ in financial aid.
